Hullo all!

I have dry, super long, fine, coloured, wavy hair that I have been using Schwarzkopf Sulfate free shampoo plus conditioner for coloured hair on. I also use the Matrix Colourtherapie Mask twice a week. But despite all, my hair is still dry and this product combination has straightened my waves into a frizz. Please suggest products for long, coloured hair which will restore my waves and add moisture. Also, the Aussie range of products haven't worked for me at all, herbal essence helped nothing either, so not those.
Thank you all for your time.

Hi Ame! My favourite thing as of last week for my frizzy hair is organic 100% coconut oil, I take some out of the jar with my hands (if it's solidified it'll melt by itself) and rub it throughout my ends first and the places my hair is most dry, afterwards I'll bring some more oil towards my roots and make sure all of my hair is covered. You can leave it on for anywhere between an hour and overnight depending on your schedule. After that I like to wash my hair thoroughly with a nourishing or moisturising shampoo and conditioner. After my hair is damp I'll run some of my Edward Beale argan oil leave in treatment through my hair and let it air dry. My hair has never been better since I started using coconut oil on it, seriously; I've been using it for just over a week, 3 times during that week and my hair doesn't even frizz now. :)

Thank you Shaye! I already use organic coconut oil on my hair, even then the problem persists. Do you think the conditioners could be the problem?

I'm not entirely sure, what are you currently using? Personally I'm really liking the tressemme keratin smooth shampoo and conditioner, that too has helped a lot :)

There's tons of oils and masks that'll help, you have to put in work though, and it takes time. Sleeping with aloe vera gel in your hair with a shower cap on with transmit moisture in your hair throughout the night and then wash it out with moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, I suggest just going and looking at what kinds they have, reading the entire bottle. Oil treatments take awhile to mend damaged hair as damaged as your describing it. So, if none of the oils and moisturizing masks work for you after awhile, I'd go see a professional, maybe get a keritan (I think that's how it's spelled) treatment from a professional, they'll talk to you about what you can do and whatnot.

I'm with shaye on the keratine smooth products, my curly hair was super damaged and frizzy with little curl from straightening it for years and this stuff made my hair so soft and frizz free mostly and my natural curls came back!

I suppose natural oils are very useful for your hair that will give it vitality and nutrition.

I'm thinking you should try a clarifying shampoo. it sounds as if buildup is the culprit. do it before the next time you color and then deep condition. I'd clarify once a month.

Before I extremely damaged my hair with bleach l'oreal products really worked wonders on my hair.

Oils would help keep your moisturised, tamed and shiny. I suggest using castor oil, coconut oil or argan oil.
