What are some good ideas to make my lipstick stop running? Is there anyway to make it last longer?

You can use a lip primer to stop it from running and smudging. a really good lip primer is from too faced.

you can make it last longer by applying lipstick then put a tissue on your lips and blot it with powder. another way is to fill in your lips with lip liner then lipstick on top

I use a lip balm first...usually eos. then I fill in my entire lip with lip liner that's the same, or similar to my lipstick. then apply lipstick over it. I wear lipstick everyday and never have a problem with it bleeding or wearing off.

I agree, lip liner is a must as well as the blotting with a translucent powder through a tissue.

I pencil first...then after lip color..blot once on my index finger and lightly powder just the very edges.

NYX has a really good lip primer! I don't have a problem with my lipstick bleeding out.

A clear lip liner will also help with bleeding as well.

I think it also depends on the product. Lip stains are great for that matter

After applying your lipstick, use a concealer with a small brush to line the outside of your lips. This not only stop bleeding but gives you great definition of your lip colour.
