How to slow hair growth without causing damage?

Hey everyone,
So I recently shaved my head and I want to keep it like that.
My hair and nails grow ridiculously fast and I hate it because I will never want long hair.
Is there any way to slow hair growth without damaging the hair? I really need something that works because I want to keep my hair the length that it is now for longer (shaved all over with a #3 blade).
Any suggestions? x

I don't know any other ways than shaving it when it grows.. I honestly have no idea.

Unfortunately there is no way to speed up or slow down hair growth you can't change the way your body grows naturally.
I hope you find some sort of substitute, good luck.
