Don't brush! Use a wide tooth colm or even just running your fingers softly trough your hair then add a curl cream that should help you a lot:)

I really don't think haircut will remove Frizz, the frizz is throughout abd a hair cut will only be the ends... you need moisture in your hair, also hair masks

Only if it's split ends that are making your hair frizzy, I'd suggest a hair mask like coconut oil or mayo.

Use a leave in conditioner, it'll eliminate frizz & make those beautiful curls even better!

Frizz is mostly caused by dry hair. so a cut won't really help. with curly hair, you shouldn't brush it when dry. it'll make it a big frizzy poof. only brush before showering & comb after you shower. as for dry hair, try using coconut oil. leave it in your hair as long as you'd like then wash hair as normal. you don't need to drench your hair in it, though. I also use coconut on my hair once I get out of the shower with a leave in conditioner. it really helps with frizz. a little coconut oil goes a long way :)
