So I had a huge pimple on my face and I popped it too early. Now it's kinda like a scab but it really hurts and now there is a bump. Anyone now how to get rid of this super quick?

Neosporin or hydrocortisone, and don't touch it after that.

I don't have any experiance with "Neosporin" but according to the lovely ladies that works haha! I normally use some ice to make the redness disapear and make it less swollen. Further, just try not to touch it as much as possible ;). Good luck haha!
