Lol my husband suggests a face mask of cocoa butter cream. He had a lot of acne on his face and fit the cream all over, then the next morning took a shower and washed his face and all the puss came out and in a few days his face was clear.

Tea Tree Oil is really helpful. I used to have really bad acne! Before you go to bed, get a washcloth and soak it in warm (but not too hot) water. Then you want to lay the towel down over your entire face for about 5 minutes. This will loosen up all of the puss. You then want to let you face air-dry, don't dry it with a towel. You can now put your Tea Tree Oil on. Use different ends of a Q-Tip for each zit; you may need a few. The Tea Tree will bring out all of the puss and you will look great! By The Way, NEVER pick you acne!

Jacqlyn's advice is really solid! I can only think to add a few things:
-drinking plenty of water (at least 2L per day) is one of the best things you can do for your skin
-dairy, soy and flax products contain a lot of hormones, which can mess with your hormonal balance and cause acne. Cutting these products out helps some people
-establish a skincare routine slowly. Products take a while to work, but if something makes your face feel dry, itchy, red or otherwise uncomfortable or makes you break out much worse, it's not for you. Ultimately you should have a cleanser (generally used twice daily, morning and evening), a toner depending on your skin type, a moisturizer, and a spot treatment for leaving on pimples overnight. You may also want a lotion with 2% benzoyl peroxide or a cleanser with salicylic acid, both of which are super good for clearing acne

Take a very good look at what you're eating and if you're drinking enough water. Try using some soft cleanser or some specific soap. Try sleeping on a towel, sometimes, your pillow accumulates oil from your hair and skin and makes acne more likely. If that doesn't work, talk to a dermatologist, as they will tell you exactly how to treat them.

I think you should get yourself referred to a dermatologist. Sometimes products don't help and you might need antibiotics. I wouldn't over do it with products, I have very sensitive skin and had acne when I was younger. After my course of antibiotics, I was advised to use cetaphil as a moisturiser and cleansers because it's so gentle on the skin. Good luck anyway x

I wet a washcloth in hot water and put it over my face to open my pores. Not too hot though. I also use witch hazel as a toner after I wash. I like neutrogena grapefruit cleanser but only once a day and always lots of moisturizer!
