If you watch Stilebaba09s video called "Fall into autumn: My go-to makeup routine", she is using a fan-brush to apply her powder. Does anyone know what that fan-brush is called?

I don't have the exact same one. But I do have a similar one I bought at the store ICING. It was less than $10 & it is a super soft, lush, synthetic hair brush. I put it next to my sunglasses for scale.
