Heyyy, I would like to get some input on the best anti aging and in my case preventive aging products. I'm 21 and last year became obsessed with anti aging. I take vitamins every day and I always use a moisturizer...But I'm still unhappy with some unevenness and black heads I have all over my face.. also are there any products out there for your hands to keep them looking young? thanx in advance beautys!

Definitely go to a Shisiedo counter. Shisiedo is mostly known for skin care more than makeup, the woman at Lord and Taylor looks like shes in her 20s and shes 45. Her skin is wrinkle free and flawless.

Hands and necks are an often-overlooked part of anti-aging regimes! I remember reading an article about a dermatologist who always showed patients how to apply retinol products on the back of her left hand. After years, her left hand was noticeably younger-looking than her right.

At this time I think a good night cream and using sunscreen on your hands, neck and face is all you need - no need to splurge on super expensive ingredients this early. I use neutrogena deep moister night cream, but neutrogena healthy skin night cream and roc sensitive skin retinol night cream are also super well-reviewed introductory anti-aging creams

Basically, take care of yourself.
eat a healthy diet, drink lots of water, take care of your skin, take vitamins, be active, etc. looking young has sooo much more to do with just tsking care of yourself & far less about makeup & whatnot. antiaging products will also help, of course. the sooner you start, the easier it'll be to prevent things like wrinkles, dark spots, etc.

hope I could help! xx

I"m over 40 & my advice is Just keeping your hands moisterized and don't sunbathe. And if you do, wear sunblock. I don't always wear sunblock, but I do wear hand mitts when I drive or even when I'm a passenger. I wouldn't spend money on expensive hand treatments right now. You should just be concerned with protecting your hands from sun damage. Hands get thin & bony when you're older so you don't want to use unnecessary 'actives" like acids or retinols that can thin the skin. The exception is a cream with anti oxidents. which protect rather than treat.

I was talking about my profile picture. At first when I made my post, my profile pic was someone else. Then it changed after 1min. to my actual picture.

Thank you all. I have pretty good genes (half Japanese) and I rarely lay in the sun. And even when I do on vacation, I use spf 15 on my body and spf 50 on face and neck. And always wear a wide brimmed hat and a ridiculously large pair of sunglasses.

I would look into the Superdefense product line from Clinique. Or Origins A Perfect World product line. Both are geared towards prevention of aging and contain antioxidants and SPF. I am about to start using the Superdefense moisturizer with SPF, the eye cream of the same name (also with SPF), and the super rescue night moisturizer. You don't have to use all of them but moisture and SPF are key, as well as preventing, minimizing and repairing any environmental damage done, which is why the antioxidants are good. I currently use the A Perfect World cleanser and moisturizer and they are great. I will be using up the jar I have now and then trying the Clinique Superdefense one because they seem to be very similar and I'm curious to see if they cat are lol. When I get paid I will be buying the eye cream and night moisturizer though. I'm in desperate need of both actually lol. Tomorrow cannot come soon enough ha.
