Help! I've been thinking of starting my own YouTube channel for a while now, just don't know how to start off? & it's a little scary doing something out your comfort zone, also how do I get past that?

Just go for it it take time to get used to that's normally why people are uncomfortable they don't like being in front other people

I've been wanting to start a channel for so so long! I've had an instagram dedicated to makeup and beauty - and finally started my channel a couple days ago! you just have to stop making excuses (I made tons lol) and work with what you have! everyone has something to bring to the table - that's what I believe :) and if you're passionate about it - nothing should stop you!!
