So, been in a cosplay mood and I want to try makeup for a character who is a bit tan (Clarification, she is not black, she's just two or one shades darker than me.) Any way to get a realistic tan with bronzer?

No idea, which character are you thinking of?

Ahhhh. I have no idea still. xD But I do love Ymir. Are you watching the anime or reading the manga?

Subbed Anime. Easier to watch on my phone than buying the manga. I really dislike using scanlations and watching episodes off YouTube is there is a legal way to read or watch it (I.e I had to watch Rose of Versailles on YouTube because CrunchyRoll, Hulu, and Netflix didn't have it. I like supporting the artists.)

You can try using a body bronzer like Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs. Not sure how well that will work, but that's the easiest temporary solution I can think of. Otherwise, try looking at body paint like Kryolan Aquacolors, they might have a shade similar to what you need. If you want to get fancy, the best option is alcohol activated makeup like Skin Illustrator. They have skins palettes that have multiple shades, and the makeup is completely waterproof when it dries.

This is a totally different approach but I've heard if you have a bath and throw in black tea bags you will come out darker, or put black tea bags in a spray bottle with water and spritz yourself! Never tried it myself but thought I'd throw the tip out there :) good luck!

Mix your bronzer with a little bit of moisturizer and use it like a lotion (:
