How quickly are you stretching them? How long are you waiting between sizes? Are you experiencing any pain or bleeding from it?

Honestly I see you post this problem often. And people always tell you to leave it alone. Meaning don't stretch it. Don't change out your jewelry. Keep it clean and let it heal.

You should be waiting at least 10 weeks in between stretchings. The full healing of stretching a piercing is about 3 months, but 10 weeks is what most piercers say to wait if you're eager. It should not hurt or bleed, and it should not get that red. Leave it alone for 2 weeks. Wash with sea salt water twice daily. If it's still red, go to a doctor because it could be infected.

Definitely leave it alone for longer than a month even if you think it's healed, give it some time :)
