I would go for winged eyeliner or a smokey eye. As for your clothes it depeds on the weather hehe. I mean, I live in the Netherlans which it is freezig already. So I would wair a cute jumpsuit and some stylish heels. But if you live in a warmer area you could go for a short dress which shows of you legs. But not not too short because you don't want to show you but cheeks lol.

For makeup I suggest really doing your eyes whether its smokey or gradient or bold winged liner and more neutral for your lips just beacause if your going to be drinking you don't want to worry about smudging and reapplying. As far as your outfit I think its best to pick one part of your body to show off, I personally don't like it when everything is too tight or too revealing.
