So I have had this thing in my face for ages! I have a feeling that it might be cystic; but I'm not sure. It hurts when I wash my face and touch it and none of my acne medication/ ointments work on it. Advice? Tips? Know what it is? PLEASE HELP! (Dot mind my other pimple or black heads. Just the big red one smack dap in the middle. 😵

It might be this thing my mom has. it's like filled w blood & if you scratch it it'll bleed for hours lol but hers are tiny & red so I don't know about that
