I steam my face about once a month only because I'm lazy haha but I apply a mud mask after to pull out the access oils I've seen some blackheads disappear.

It's not going to clear your acne on its own, it's used to soften your pores in order to remove build up more easily but it's definitely not a cure for acne, try using acne fighting ingredients such as Tee tree oil, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide ,

Thank you ladies , I use loereal 360 clean face wash and cetaphil to clean my face but I can't see any improvement and,I don't eat junk food at all :(

I steam my face once a week before a mask. I steam my face, then I exfoliate and then I apply my mask. For me it has helped a lot. My pores are a lot smaller and I don't have acne anymore. I suggest trying it to see if it will work for you.

I will say though that steaming my face alone did not help my acne. It did help my little zits, but I still had acne. I did go to the doctor and he prescribed me.025% tretinoin cream. The tretinoin cream is what has cleared my acne. Just thought it would be helpful to let you know that it did help acne, but not alone did it clear my face. I hope I've been helpful:)?
