Yep^ I heat up coconut oil and put it on my hair, and wear it in a topknot for 30 minutes at least, then wash it out and deep condition!

Here's how I keep my hair healthy:

In terms of products, invest in a sulfate and sodium chloride free shampoo and conditioner. I really like L'oreal EverStrong, EverPure, EverAnything, really. They're all great. EverCreme is in my shower now, and it's doing a pretty great job of keeping my hair soft and moisturized. You can also check out Organix, they're great as well.

I also recommend investing in a hair mask or deep conditioner. I really like the Macadamia Deep Repair Masque, it's very moisturizing and leaves your hair feeling hydrated instead of dry. I also happen to love the L'oreal Power Moisture Mask, it's a weird, jelly-like texture, but I love how light it feels on my hair. It makes my hair extremely soft without weighing it down. I also recommend the Keratin Complex Vanilla Bean Deep Conditioner. It's a bit heavier as well, but it smells great and certainly hydrates your hair.

In the shower, when you're washing your hair, make sure the water is as cold as you can stand. Shampoo only the roots and condition from your ears down. Rinse quickly in cold water, and then after that, apply your mask, focusing on the ends of your hair. Finger comb until you don't feel any knots, because that way you don't have to brush it, because brushing it can break it off like heck. then put your hair in a bun. Leave it that way for the rest of your shower, washing it out should be the last thing you do. I wash my hair around 3 times a week (with drier hair I can get away with it) and do the hair mask every time. If you need to wash your hair more than that, reduce your hair mask usage to 3 times :)

I'm happy to recommend more products for you as well, and feel free to let me know if you have other questions :)

Thanks ladies. It's so frustrating because I do all those things I use cold water. I use organix shampoo and conditioner I don't brush my hair when's it's wet I bought a wide tooth comb. I don't have that deep conditioner you mentioned Hannah but I do hot oil treatments on my hair and hair mask at least once a month. I keep chopping my ends off and I feel like my hair will not go past this length anymore 😞😞 I also use no heat what's so ever πŸ™… I don't get it

Up the number of times you do a hair mask =) Seriously, that's the best thing I've ever done for my hair. I know how frustrating it is, trust me, but it gets better the more you treat your hair.

No problem, let me know if you have more questions since I basically spend all of my time frying my hair and then trying to nurse it back to health =)

I don't know if this is even possible but it seems like you take really good care of your hair, maybe the problem is your nutrition or something like that? or maybe you don't drink enough water. (I am not saying that whatever your eating/drinking now isn't good for you, not at all, but I can't really find any flaws in your hair care)
