So for a LONG time I have considered getting coloured contacts and I know many companies have free samples. Know any sites that are really good? Nothing unnatural for now, just green and maybe a blue violet.
Also possible factor I have a STRONG prescription so could that effect that?

I suggest you don't accept "free" samples. Because they are not ment for your eyes and can be damaging to your eyes. You don't know what's in the contacts. You need to find FDA approved sites. And sites that ask for your prescription. (Eye size)

As someone who has been wearing glasses for 18 years, and contacts for 11, I strongly recommend you speak to your eye doctor. Eye doctors can, and do, give out free samples of contacts from FDA approved brands that they recommend to their patients. I would NOT suggest checking the internet.

What Hannah said. Especially because you need a strong prescription, talking to your optometrist is going to be your safest bet.
