It has been a year now since I got a neck length hair cut,it has now grown to my shoulders but I need lots of booby pins to put my hair in a bun.I find it so anoying and can't even let it down anymore because It looks awful, extension did not work out either I tried many things to grow it and now I have stopped using heat. People sugested putting oil in my hair but that sounds disgusting is there anything else I can do other than oil and the inversion method to grow my hair past my shoulders 😔

Try to prevent from pulling too much on your hair. It's bad for your hair follicles. There's no magical treatment, just patience. I'd suggest using hair extensions until your hair grows out to the length you want it to be.. if they don't work for you, then I'm sorry I couldn't help.

Grab you a bottle of Biotin. It helps the hair grow and makes it stronger and healthier too. Also, you can get a trim. I know this sounds counter productive, but it promotes your hair to grow faster/healthier by enabling it to actually grow by getting rid of any dry or dead ends that you may have. Another good thing, is to not wash your hair every day, but every other day. Once I started doing that, I noticed that my hair was getting longer faster because I wasn't washing out/stripping my hair of it's natural oils/nutrients that it needed to grow.

Anyways, hope this helps :)

Make sure your doctor says that it's okay for you to take it before you do. Too much Biotin causes problems.

@Angel, do they make a noticable difference? Like hair wise is what I'm looking for the most and have been wondering if anyone has personal experience with the vitamins, etc?

I used it when I was growing my hair out. Yes, it does work.

SCRUB YOUR SCALP REALLY WELL!! this promotes growth to the millionth multiple (if that's a thing, I have no idea) it gets the dead skin off and creating friction of your roots is excellent for growth:)
