Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (I use loreal oleo therapy, but diy masks are good too)
If you want to diy a mask, some ingredients you can use are; aloe vera, honey, bananas, avocados, mayo, eggs, coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil, almond oil, & avocado oil.
try a leave in conditioner (I use my shea moisture conditioner for dry damaged hair. It can be a conditioner, leave in conditioner, & mask)

There are tips to promote hair growth. As you've already gotten some, don't let anyone tell you not to do something, if your doctor says it's okay, then a person on this site can't output a doctor. But my hair transformation picture is about a month and a half to two months apart. I think it grew an inch or two.

Or three now that I look at it a little closer. It was above boob before now it's below. My bad. I'd say 3 or 4 inches! I didn't even notice.

I read that part.. I saw everything you said, I didn't need you to repeat anything, it was all understood. What you're doing is highly unnecessary, Alexis. I'd appreciate it if you just next me alone, I'm in no mood for childishness. There's no reason for you to even be taking to me. Have a fantastic day.

You should really just let people do what they want. You go around telling people what they can and can't do, let them experiment for themselves, it's a part of learning new things. No one has an answer for everything, not even you. If it works for them, just let it be!

Shanae I'm pretty sure telling people not to hurt themselves from misinformation is far from childishness and the fact that you're acting passive aggressively isn't pretty

She does, but it comes across as overbearing and condescending sometimes. People have different opinions and that's fine. Shanae actually agreed that it's best to get a doctors approval. Anyway...

Your response is unnecessary Amber. Jacqueline has already touched basis on being respectful. That type of tone was uncalled. Amber it's for human use because its typically made for people with a deficiency
Not for people who've never had blood tests and don't bother doing the research

So Alexis yes Alexis knows the facts and doesn't deserve being talked down
