If you want to do a Sugar Skull, then do a Sugar Skull. You won't be the only person in the world to go a Sugar Skull and not even know what it is. That was just rude. Anyways, there's tutorials all over the internet, all I did was look up pictures.

Alexis and Shanae: This probably doesn't concern me that much, but can we not argue/be confrontational on here? That is Alexis' opinion and we should respect that, since she is a good member of our community. However, I do feel as though Shanae brings up a valid point as well; sugar skulls are a big trend among Halloween lovers, even those who are not necessarily familiar with the term.
Anyways, back to Gabriella's question! I really think a sugar skull is a great option to create. I wish I had a pic to post, but I'm sure you can find some great tutorials on the Internet :)
