How do you wear blue eyeliner. I recently been wear it on my lower lashes for a pop of color

I have the UD 24/7 glide on eye pencil in electric (bright teal) that I use to line my upper lid when wearing a fitted hoodie with the same neon teal stripes in it. I get compliments on it every time I wear it. Here's a swatch I found online bc I'm too lazy to take a pic myself lol

I like to mix it up and wear top or bottom depending on my mood/desired look. Yesterday I used NYX's jumbo eye pencil in cobalt with a liner brush to give a blue winged liner and then set it with a powder. It was really pretty. Wish I had taken a picture now :-\

I like to use a deep royal blue or a navy blue pencil when I don't have time to do a whole eye shadow look. It makes it look like you tried a lot harder than you actually did!
