Dark circles are usually because of dehydration. Espa's 24hr replenishing eye moisturiser is amazing and plenty of water and sleep

It depends on what is causing the circles. It can be dehydration, iron deficiency anemia, other health conditions, lack of sleep, irritation from products or allergies, or just genetics.
Are your circles puffy, flat, or sunken? Is it hyperpigmentation, or visible blood vessels? Have you always had them, or did they just form? Have you noticed any improvement with changed behavior (e.g. sleeping better, drinking more water, eating more vegetables)?

They are sunk in a little and just dark. I've always had them. I haven't changes and sleeping patterns or anything and I eat fairly healthy. I am anemic and that could be why. I drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Salmon colored concealer , or honey every night before sleep tap gentle it will lighten it.
