Black eyeliner for tightline and waterline?

Hey guys and dolls, I need to find a really good black liner that stays on my waterline and doesn't bleed and make me look like I have a black eye, price really isn't an issue if it will do they job well. Thanks in advance xx

I'm madly obsessed with the Marc Jacobs liners for my waterline at the moment. They don't move at all. The shade Blacquer is really deep and pigmented, and sounds like just what you're looking for =)

For a bit of reference, I wear contacts and tend to have watery eyes or be wiping at them a lot. This seriously does not move throughout that whole ordeal.

$25, and it's marketed as a "gel crayon." It's a pencil, it twists up, but they're so smooth and easy to apply they might as well be gel =)

Angela that's the one I use haha and I'll look I to that one Hannah, I have a couple gel pencils but they aren't mechanical you have to sharpen them but then you just smush and loose the "gel lead" point and it's all wasted :(

Aw that sucks, no I really love the Marc Jacobs ones, they're absolutely wonderful. I have (Luna) tic, O (vert), Ody (sea) and Ro (cocoa), my little sister has and adores Blacquer!

I haven't tried the Nars eyeliner but their lip liner doesn't budge one bit. For tightline/waterline I like to use Urban Decay's 24/7 liner in the shade Perversion. It is super dark black and is the only liner I've tried that stays put on my watery eyes throughout the day.

Following this post , I have been using a Sephora pencil for my tight lining and lately it isnt cutting it.

Too Faced Perfect Eyes eyeliner in Perfect Black is waterproof, really creamy, and REALLY pigmented. It doesn't budge through my day of working in a hot kitchen :)
