Hello beautiful,
someone/anybody please help me I have an oily skin that upsets me :(. The rest of my face don't get as oily as my nose after I've applied my makeup and also set with Ben nye powder. But my nose gets soo oily (could fry an egg literally) after a couple hours there's no amount of setting powder or primer that seem to help Or maybe I just haven't found the right one
This are the products I use:
Primer: milk of magnesia but I recently just bought the no7 beautifully matte primer
Foundation: Mac foundation the one In the bottle sometimes mary Kay's medium coverage matte finish
Concealer: mac select cover up sometimes I use from the selection of concealer in the pro palette
Highlighting : cover girl
Contouring : I'm yet to find out what product is best for contouring (I'll need help with that too)
ps: tried uploading a photo but iphone memory is full and can't take one right now but as soon as I sort that out I'll upload one)
please help a girl out. Xx

Use a good face wash! And moisturizer. I tried the milk of magnesia, I didn't like it. Now I use smash box's oil free primer. Also try Estée Lauder double wear foundation. It's heavy, but reallly controls the oil. Mac doesn't control my oil as much as I'd like. :)

Maybe try a powder foundation? I have combination skin but on my clients with oily skin I use an oil control primer and VooDoo cream to powder foundation. I also blot with those oil absorbing towelettes and if the client is going to an event I send some with them. I wish I could offer more help regarding beauty products but I'm still not sure how to share with you guys how you can order VooDoo foundation without breaking the rules.

Boil some water and put it in a large bowl and steam your face
exfoliate and use a mud mask
make sure you keep it very well moisterised at night
Eat less oily and fatty foods and drink plenty of water so that your body doesn't need to produce that oil
also try the the rimmel stay matte powder

Well I suggest try a face wash & moisturizer that controls oil, for that I suggest origins zero oil line I'm going to post a picture of the things they carry I would also suggest the rimmel stay matte powder, I love it , I use it throughout the day to stay shine free
& also I would stop using the milk of magnesia
& use an oil free primer or a oil control primer

There was a post about the milk of magnesia primer in the makeup section. Title says makeup magnesia good or bad. I would take a look because someone (Andrea V I believe) gave a response about how the ph balance in that product upsets skin and really strips it. I've never researched this product but it caught my eye so just warning you!
