Well here's my very very first product review!! So don't be to harsh on me if I suck soo bad at this haha... Here we go...

Julep orbital eyeshadow in Moonbeam::

I got this shadow in my julep maven box and I have mixed emotions on it. At first I was ecstatic! I got their gel pencil liner in brown two boxes prior and loved it, anyway the shade is amazing for me, it's a pearly color and sparkly. And it looks amazing on it's own with a sharp black wing liner, or as a highlighter. But, there's a lot of sparkly fall out which makes a mess of your face, like your whole face and glitter is hard stuff to get off or cover up. Once you get your face as cleaned up as possible... Then you better not touch your eyes at all, if you do your hands are a sparkly mess and you no longer have shadow on your lids. The box says you can use it dry or wet and I have to try it wet, but as for dry I wish I could love this but I don't. And yes I did use it with a primer.

Awesome! I would suggest using it wet, much less fallout, much more vibrant, and adheres to lid quite easily. Do you have a swatch?

Oh it's very glittery and pretty! I like it. Would be pretty as an inner corner highlight when wet :)

Definitely use it wet! I have gotten to the point where I don't even bother doing frosty shades dry. They just make a mess. Lately I've just been squirting my NYX setting spray on my eye shadows to make them wet. Make sure you don't put a wet brush in other shadows and leave the lid open on the shadow to facilitate drying when you are done. (Sorry to be pedantic, you prolly know all this, but I've ruined so many shadows by trying to make them wet!).

I'm having the same glitter fallout issue with the Cailyn eye gloss I got in my Ipsy bag this month. Sad bc I really do love the color. I'll bet using it wet will help as everyone else suggested.
