I personally found using the gold and black acrylic forms made it so much easier to sculpt a perfect shaped gel nail. I also got a small thin round tip brush to smooth and create the smile line curve. I also found it much quicker if you create the whole nail with clear and then put the white part on (just be sure to cap the edge so you don't see the clear underneath) that way if your form ever pops off the tip won't come off because you have sculpted and cured the whole nail :) good luck!
