See a dermatologist. If any counter drug don't work you might have to goon meds. Doxcycline it's a good one as it targets bacteria. I had same issue and now I'm free from acne although still get one or two every now and then.
don't hate your skin.. This is only temporary it would go in no time. Cheer up x

You're a naturally beautiful girl, although I can see where you're having trouble. If you are still on your parents insurance or have your own, definitely take advantage of it and see a dermatologist. That will be a quicker, easier solution than anything else. I've never taken Accutane but I know girls who have and they loved it. Only your doctor can really tell you what you need. You have such natural beauty to your bone structure but with what you have in the way, I would definitely see a doctor for it! Get that face glowing and gorgeous!
