I really like the look of matte nails so I recently bought some and painted my nails red and put a matte clear coat over it. I really wanted to like it but I didn't :(

Depends on what design I'm doing and what look I want. Some designs look better matte, others look better glossy. I don't prefer one over the other :)

I love matte and I love shine. I do use shine more then matte. But that is mainky bevause I love to see it twinkle in the light. I know, I am a weirdo hahaha!
