I had long hair like yours almost a year ago. My hair is thick too and I cut my hair above my shoulders. I absolutely loved it! I use leave in conditioner for curly hair when I'm not straightening my hair and it helps control the frizz. :)

I have the same hair you do but I am letting mine grow. When I got my hair cut I always get a bob or a cut that flatters my face. And I use sleek and shine and it works awesomely.

I have really thick curly hair that gets really frizzy and I just recently bought garnier fructis sleek and shine leave in conditioning cream and it has worked well so far!!

I have long thick hair too, and I'm planning on getting it cut a little below my shoulder. I heard it works well for thick hair. I am lucky enough to not have frizzy hair. Just a normal conditioning tames my frizz.

I used Herbal Essence. The berry stuff. The shampoo is a swirl that's 2-in-1.
