1.hair bc if your all ready then u cant tell if your hair came out pretty bc ur all dressed up
2. makeup . I always start with mascara just in case I smear it . then foundation, powder, then fill in my eyebrows . then my cat eyeliner. blush/lipstick.
3. clothes. also clothes depends on my hair if its curled or straight.

Hair definetly the first because when your brushing and styling it can be messy with products.. And then make up starting with foundation because its the base of everything well actually I cream, prime and then foundation but then I'm mad! Have to be all or nothing! And then clothes to top it all off then a spritz of perfume

clothes first cause if I do makeup then put on my clothes I get makeup on them! then hair cause I have to do my hair while wet or else its screwed lol. Then foundation only cause I was always "taught" to do it first, especially since I typically put a little right under my brow. then eyes. ;)
