I have had great success with Ole Henrikson's 'Truth is in the Eyes" Vitamin C peel. It is a very light, clear gel that exfoliates and evens out skin tone. Bonus is that it is great for reducing fine lines or milia. Over it, I use Mario Badescu's Hyaluronic Eye Cream for hydration. I alternate it with Rosehip Oil and my undereyes eyes are now smoother and brighter.

Oh! Sephora had it on sale a few days ago for $25 and it goes a very long way.
