I love urban decays primer potion you can get it at ulta and you think they sell smaller sizes incase you want to try it out with out chipping your wallet too much.

What are your eyelids like? That's probably a weird question, but I have pretty normal eyelids and UD Primer Potion works well for me. I've heard it really doesn't work for people with drier lids.

I also really enjoy the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I've used the Mac Paint Pots as bases, those are okay, Lorac's Behind The Scenes primer is pretty great, and my next purchase (which will be in like 5 years given the obnoxious amount of free samples I still have) will be the Nars Primer :)

I've never really thought about it before but my eyelids are kind of oily. Definitely not dry. And I'm thinking about trying out the shadow insurance. Thanks!!

It kinda depends on what you're looking for though. I have all the ud primers. and they're all a bit different. I also just got NYX's HD primer, haven't used it yet but hear nothing but good things.

I really think you'll like the Shadow Insurance. It's thicker and a bit tackier so it should work well for you :)

I'm currently using the elf one as well and it's pretty good, but I find it only makes colors last longer but doesn't make the colors as vibrant
