Huge acne cyst!!

I don't have acne prone skin usually but I recently got a pimple on my chin and its a huge swollen cyst!! I have grad pictures tomorrow! Could anyone help me get it to calm down and my be as swollen? I tried keeping a really hot cloth on it and it helped but I need something else.

I put neosporin on my cystic acne too! Just a little dab though.
