Depends on if you want neutrals or not? I myself am a neutral type gal and my favorite palettes are definitely the
Naked and Natural eye palettes from Too Faced ($36 each)
26 color neutral palette from BHCosmetics (I got it on sale for $10.95, but I believe the original price is around $14-$16.

The wicked dreams palette from NYX is amazing. It's like 15 dollars for 25 shades? Something like that. The best part is that they are super blendable and have shimmer and matte shades, a very nice nude or night palette. Ulta carries and they always have a coupon in their emails. :)
