hello, I'm also starting to have little bumps around my forehead, nearer to my hairline.
I've always been careful in my skincare routine, for this outbreak to happen, I am set on panic mode, because they don't seem to be going away. Yesterday I bought Avene's cleanance k creme gel exfoliant. Maybe you can try that too? Don't pop your pimples!

Scientifically this is no link to what causes breakouts on the forehead unlike other parts of your face. It could be stress induced or just could come from left over residue from makeup or hair/skin products. Apply a ice cube to the areas to reduce the redness and irritation/hurting. To help them go away try products with salicylic acid( usually spot treatments due to drying agents) which you can get at any drug store. They should clear up in a few days. These bumps that you have under your skin don't sound like pimples they sound more like a comedone, like a build up of oil in your pores.

Could be hormonal? Or hair product? Either way, use benzoyl peroxide nightly, at least 5% strength. Use light moisturizer, a non-comedogenic one. Maybe keep hair off of forehead, see how that goes?

also, I find myself rubbing my face when I'm stressed- I know, yucky no-no! I recently started drinking a lot more water than usual. My skin improved a lot! my skin is oily as well! the salicylic acid is great! if they become an issue, talk about seeing a dermatologist? I did that too lol

it sounds like you have an oily t zone. what I do to reduce oil is actually put oil on my face because when your skin is dry your skin will send more oil to your face , so if you put oil on it , it will produce less oil if that makes sence lol

Sometimes that happens because of chemicals in your shampoo or conditioner, thats why i only use organic hair products (:

Drink more water and putting slices of cucumber on your forehead reduces the swelling and redness. Hope that helps. :)

Seemed to work. Keep bang off forehead at all times and don't wear makeup. Even though it seems hard it will help. Good luck
