I think its worth it. my skin looks flawless when I use the beauty blender. I wet the sponge first then apply my foundation with one end and the other end ill use to highlight my face.

Its definetly worth it! your makeup look better than using a brush! you won't regret it.

I think the makeup sponges in general are, but I think the BeautyBlender itself is overhyped. Why pay ~$25 for something when you can pay ~$7 for a sponge that's just as good? I prefer the RT sponge personally, but I've heard varying things about other dupes.

So you would suggest using the inexpensive wedge sponges after applying your foundation with a brush for extra coverage? o: @Jacqueline.

Personally I love my beauty blender so much, it does wonders if you want an airbrushed looked finish.

I hated my beauty blender.. It's expensive at 26 bucks for a sponge..
Make sure you wet it before hand if you are using it though, or you're just throwing your foundation away :p

There's loads of beauty blenders you can purchase which are cheap or expensive. Personally, I love mine. It definitely makes my foundation look flawless.

I bought one and used it for a couple of months. I got the same finish as a typical $1.00 sponge pack. The only thing useful is that pointed tip it has.
I just bought some high end brushes though, and the Kevyn Aucoin Foundation brush has the same pointed tip! It also looks 1000 Xs better than the Beauty Blender... plus I don't have to replace it every 3 months. Love it :)

I had the Real Techniques version and I wasn't sold on it enough to try a beauty blender. I found the finish to be kind of uneven no matter what I did. I'm sticking to brushes!

Agree with jackie and kitty!! It's expensive ($40 or more in Australia), and you can spend just $5 at the $2 shop and get the same effect:)
