What dark purple color for me?

I have been loving dark purple lips but I don't think I can pull them off. I still wanted to try one out but I'm stuck on what color to get. Any suggestions. Thank you

I know these aren't high end but if you are unsure of a lip color, try wet n wild because they imitate a high quality lipstick but are only $1.99. They have the shades Sugar Plum Fairy, Ravin' Raisin, and Vamp It Up. All three of those are in the dark purple realm. I recommend always starting cheap if you are testing a color that way you have nothing to lose. If you want a high end brand, try M.A.C because they have so many colors! Living Legend, Heroine, Odyssey, Cyber, Rebel, and Up The Amp are all beautiful and dark purple. My favorite of those is Heroine. If you want a really really high end lipstick, Chanel has lovely lipsticks and a dark purple one in the shade La Provocante. I also want to add, be sure to note the undertones in your skin tone and also the color of your teeth. Stained teeth from coffee, soda, etc.are going to go best with a cool/blue toned lipstick (which most purples are but it is still good to watch out. Cool toned lipsticks will make your teeth look whiter!) where as pearly white teeth can be paired with almost any shade/undertone. Just something to keep in mind for the best lipstick selection. :) Good luck! Let us know what you decide on!

^^ Wet n wild is amazing. I totally agree. I wouldn't necessarily say Heroine is a dark purple, but it's certainly one of my favorites. You could make it darker by pairing it with Nightmoth.
