What products do y'all recommend for hyper pigmentation. I prefer something that is not to expensive I know vitamin c serum is good but I don't know where or which one to buy.

The body shop has some serum I believe. You can also use vitamin e. Just get some vitamin e gel capsules and use the gel inside.

I believe chemical peels are the most effective thing for hyper pigmentation. But since you don't want to go to the doctor then I'm not really sure. Mine just eventually went away over time.

My friend used microdermabrasion. However you would need to go to a dermatologist for this I believe. I know they sell microdermabrasion products in stores as well, Olay has one I think, but I don't recommend doing it yourself since you could further harm your skin if your not a professional.

It's basically a mixture of acids that are put on the skin to even out skin tone. There are different levels such as light, medium, and deep chemical peels. I've never had one done but from what I heard is that your skin feels warm and may sting but it doesn't take long to do and it heals within a week. You can get it done at a dermatologists office. Google it for a more precise answer :)

Micros and chemical peels are goods choices but you need to see a professional to get both, if you want a simple at home routine to reduce hyperpigmentation, exfoliating with AHA Which Is Alpha hydroxy acid like glycolic or for more sensitive skin Lactic or enzymes, then using a Vitamin c serum and spf of at least 30 in the daytime and a dark spot corrector or retinol at night , you really have to do your research on what's in your budget, but decent vitamin c serums are not usually found in drugstores ,
