It's not dry, or unhealthy in any way, it just gets really frizzy, especially after I brush it.

Try using the John Frieda frizz ease shampoo and dry shampoo. It's worked really well for me!

I've heard washing it in cold water helps. If you wash it with really hot water that can cause frizziness.

I agree with Helen about trying a leave in conditioner. A product that I recommend checking out is its a ten leave in conditioner it really helps when I have frizzy hair. After you put the leave in conditioner you can either brush your hair with a wide tooth comb or a wet brush.

What I do is just not brush my hair unless I'm styling it. I'll comb through with my fingers with a little bit of frizz serum on the tips of my fingers.

I have super frizzy hair too but I just found an Edward Beale product that's an argan oil leave in treatment and after the first use I noticed a huge difference, highly recommend :)

When my hair goes frizzy, I normally just use a hair oil, just a small drop, rub it through my hands and distribute through my hair, it settles down the frizz and adds hydration! I very been using a garnier one, it comes in a little pump bottle and smells like apples :)
