Weird flesh toned bumps??

I have these small flesh toned bumps going across my chin and my jaw, but I don't think they're zits because I've never had zits like these before. They showed up this morning while I was getting ready and I don't know how I should get rid of them.

Do they hurt? itch? I do think it's a form of pimples of skin irritation. try washing the area with a gentle face soap,moisturize, and use green tea or rose water as a toner. if it's nothing serious it should be gone or almost disappear in a few days-week. if nothing changes consult a doctor.

They are likely milia. I had them all over my face. I was treating it like acne all these years with no results. Finally Traci L. told me it was milia. Milia is the same thing when bs bows get bumps on their faces. It's dead skin cells clogging your pores. You can only get rid of them with dermatologist extraction or exfoliation.

I get rid of mine by..
-drinking water
-exfoliating with my Clarisonic once a day or every other day with a gentle cleanser (Cetaphil)
-using Cetaphil alone when I'm not using my clarisonic
-using Neutrogena Rapid Clear face lotion since it has BHA in it. BHA is a chemical exfoliator, so is AHA. AHA Is more for dry skin and BHA is more for oily skin.
