So I'm gifting makeup to a friend of mine for her birthday. I'm giving her lipstick and an eyeshadow palette that have never been used. my question is will they look good on her? she has dirty blonde hair and light blue eyes and a neutral undertone with a beige skin tone. pictures of the makeup below.
