Best highlighter for brow bone?

Something matte but not powdery that would brighten up the brow bone? I use a neutral eyeshadow colour on top of my highlighter but it looks really dry and I really don't like shimmer!

I use the Maybelline age rewind concealer in Brighten to highlight under there, it's not shimmery but not dry-looking either.
