What's a good hair dye brand?

I lost my job recently so I'm trying to cut down on spending a lot of money. I can't afford to keep going to the salon to get my hair dyed. I've been dying my hair a redish brown colour with some purple. I'm looking for a hair dye brand that is somewhat gentle on the hair and doesn't have a million harsh chemicals. What brand of hair dye could I use to achieve this similar colour at home?

This is not a picture of myself, but it is quite close to the colour of my hair.

If you want to save money and not use chemicals then keep your natural color.

Lol well yes this is cheaper but I don't want to keep my natural colour.

Well I'm not saying no chemicals, of course there's chemicals in all hair dye. I just know some are better than others, like some don't contain ammonia and other harsh chemicals like that.

Try Clairol Natural Instincts or anything from Garnier.
