Yeah and when wearing a red lipstick aim to bring the lips out... By not wearing so much eye shadow.. Try to do less to the eyes

I like the eyes and the lips (: Remember there are no rules when it comes to makeup (; I think everyone pulls off red lipstick. You could very easily look great in a dark red as well!
