Bump that is not acne?

I have a bump on the side of my nose that is not acne, I have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it? You can't really see it in the picture sorry.

Honestly I've got one too and I still don't know what it is even though it's been there for ages. It it just like a skin coloured bump?
