Best eyeliner for waterline.

I need major help! I have to have a black eye liner for my water and tight line... I have normal eyes, I only have 20.00 to spend at sephora. I'm eyeing the 24/7 urban decay pencils but I don't know which to get I need it to last all day with out me having to re apply.

I own the 24/7 urban decay pencil and it's fabulous! I use it on my waterline everyday and at least for me, it doesn't budge.

The UD ones are amazing. I agree. And they have to constantly be reapplied.

A good trick is to make sure you line your upper waterline too! When we blink, a little of the pigment transfers from the lined waterline to the clean water line. Then we end up with two patchy waterlines! Just do upper and lower and you'll be shocked how much longer even poor liners can last!😁
