Is Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser ok to use on acne prone skin? it says it's non-comedogenic.

Yes it is. It wouldn't cause new acne but I suggest you don't use it for oily acne prone skin, cuz I got the same and I think oily skin needs a more thorough cleanser than Cetaphil original one. They also have a cleanser especially for oily, acne prone skin.

I used to have bad acne for years and nothing seemed to work not even prescribed derm pills then I tried cetaphil because someone recommended it and it truly worked within weeks.

Sorry..make sure you use a good moisturizer that prevents breAk outs I use the avenno clear complexion moisturizer.

I have acne prone skin and I've found this is a good basic cleanser that won't make you break out, but it also doesn't have any ingredients that treat acne (I.e. salicylic acid, etc) so I don't use it too often for that reason. I use the Neutrogena Oil-free Stress Control Power Clear Scrub as it's very reasonably priced and not drying at all. I use Cetaphil if my face is too dry to handle any acne fighting ingredients.
