Honestly I don't know if that can break you out, I was going to suggest a diet but I see you said that.. are you drinking a lot of water? it can be so many things, your pillow cases, your towel you dry your face with, maybe your stressed out?

I used that for a couple months & it didn't break me out but didn't really help either.

It could be anything honestly - from diet to stress or hormones - there are multiple causes to acne aside from the products we use on our face - and since none of us are dermatologists we are not experts on your specific skincare needs - so if you really want to know what is actually causing your acne then a dermatologist will be your best bet.

It could be anything. My suggestion is to stop everything. Just eliminate everything you put on your face for at least a week. Let your skin breathe and calm down and then introduce 1 product at a time to see what's making you break out.
