Hey guys. I've only recently started using a primer and chose to buy Benefit's POREfessional and Dr Brandt's Pore No More. However, BOTH of them have been breaking me out. I see little red bumps anywhere I've applied them after I take my makeup off. Also, I have EXTREMELY dry skin and they both seem to accentuate my dry flakes. Can someone please help me out?! I need a good primer that will not break me out nor make my skin look any drier!

I use maybelline baby skin pore eraser, I love it! It doesn't break me out & it's very moisturizing.

Clinique has great primers for all types of skin (especially break out prone)

Baby Skin is actually not a primer. It's meant to be worn alone and can do the opposite of a primer. Just a quick heads up.
You might just want to moisturize better.
I like the Tarte Brightening Primer. It doesn't feel greasy or heavy but it will provide a clean slate and brighten/hydrate your skin.

Rayanne thank you! I've been using the Clinique Acne Solutions (which works wonders if used religiously) and that is what has been making my skin feel so dry. Since that doesn't break me out I might try it. And Cat, I do moisturize but either way I have to wait for my skin to dry! Thanks!

I love my Smashbox "More than Primer" my skin has been more dry due to the weather, and this keeps my skins mouisture locked and feels great. (some primers can fell greasy)
