Anything waterproof will do - like MUFE Aqua line is all waterproof and their foundation for face/body and concealer is also waterproof

MUFE face and body foundation is water proof...and the best stuff on earth. stila stay all day foundation holds up amazingly awesome with sweat as well.

I used to go to cheer practice every day as sweat all of my makeup off but I started using setting spray (Urban Decay All Nighter) and honestly saved me from embarrassment because like you, I don't feel comfortable not wearing makeup. So I understand how that feels but the setting spray is at Sephora or Ulta for $35 and it's well worth it :)
