Make sure before you do, you consult your doctor!! It contains biotin, which isn't safe to take without doctor consultation. (:

HI Jasi,I agree as far as asking your doc for info but till then try making a awesome smoothie on a daily so it helps bring in the vitamins for nails hair and skin :-) By the way ladies, please be respectful as well it's not that serious and great manners go both ways it's not ordered or for small knit picking.Have a wonderful evening :-) Be nice

You're welcome Jasi, it really does help since I'm not a pill person I figured a great alternative was making smoothies on a daily of everything that could benefit myself and it really has improved everything.

As before in the pass Jaclyn you know that there are ways to say something so that a person will understand so I'm not sure what's going on but I will remind you that you need to be at ease with other members here wether you think you come across in your opinion not disrespectful it still comes across as it with a hint of sugar to side track your dissatisfaction of not getting a thank you asap please take note of it and understand it's all around for all to be nice.:-)

Just another quick note for all if you re read this thread and notice that once one person points some type of unsatisfactory it starts a chain of jibber knit picking from others with unkind feed back as well.We don't need that here we need helpful positive understanding influence here that makes it ok for people to not be afraid to ask a question with out being bombarded with puffed up chest approach.Be examples here of kindness and sister hood after all to much in real life is stressful enough right.
